All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on pk007 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk007 does not perform currency conversion. Deposits made in any currency other than PKR are not accepted unless explicitly supported through a designated payment channel.

All bets placed on pk007 are subject to acceptance by pk007 in its absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until pk007 has issued a bet reference number and confirmed settlement odds. pk007 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where: (a) a technical error has produced erroneous odds; (b) a match or event outcome was known at the time of bet placement; or (c) suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Bets may be voided by pk007 where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered. In the case of a voided bet, the full stake is returned to the player's pk007 account. The original odds are not honoured for voided events.
Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected events on pk007. Odds for live events fluctuate in real time. pk007 accepts no liability for delays between displayed odds and actual bet acceptance caused by network latency. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds at the moment of bet placement. Bets accepted at erroneous live odds due to a data feed error may be voided by pk007.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on pk007 and may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account tier. Maximum payout limits also apply per event and per day and are communicated in the relevant betting interface. pk007 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk007 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) any losses resulting from third-party payment provider errors, delays, or failures.
pk007's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk007 account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk007 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information or service provided through the Platform.

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you hold a registered pk007 account.
